• Traceability is the capability to trace or follow the path of goods in the manufacturing and distribution chain.  
• Traceable-IT™ is a software application that enables automatic identification and tracking of any manufactured component. It integrates part marking technologies with quality inspection systems and can automatically capture traceability data at all stages of a manufactured parts life.
• Compatibility.  Traceable-IT™ supports a wide variety of marking technologies, vision inspection, reading and verification systems and RFID tagging systems to provide high quality, robust methods of identifying and tracking components thoughout their manufacturing and in-service life. The software can run locally on a standalone PC or as a network of traceability workstations collectively capturing and storing traceability data in centrally hosted server databases such as SQL Server or Oracle.
• Interoperability. The software offers the widest range of data access features to allow traceability data of individual components to be accessed and shared with a wide variety of business intellegence IT systems such as CRM, ERP, MES and PLM.
